Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also
accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery
time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in you.
Warranty/Returns Mytrollingmotors.com offers a return period of 15 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must
be complete in original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be
returned. Units
requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the
appropriate manufacturer. Returns received without an RMA number will be
returned to the buyer. Merchandise accepted for return shall be credited at the
original invoice price.
To obtain an RMA number, you may send an email to support@mytrollingmotors.com, or contact
customer service at 573-276-8859 and we will get back to you. Over-box the product just as it was received
and be sure to include the RMA number in the attention line of the address. DO
NOT deface the original product packaging with writing or adhesive labels. Restocking Fee
Products not meeting the conditions above may be subject to a restocking fee of
up to 20%. Please contact the RMA department at support@mytrollingmotors.com for details.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer and returned to our warehouse. And the item must be insured.
Please have the following information available when requesting an RMA:
-Original Invoice Number
-SKU Number of Returned Item(s)
-Quantity
-Serial Number (where applicable)
-Reason for Return (please be specific if defective)
All returns must be insured and sent to:
